Constructed a 29,000 square foot office, shop,
and warehouse complex for the Piedmont Air Conditioning's Headquarters.
This two story steel-framed structure featured a masonry and
storefront exterior. Project included a complete site package.

Built this 150,000 square foot steel
framed “flex” building less than seven months. The
tilt-up concrete panel building. Used state-of-the-art laser-screed
technology for the super-flat floor slabs.

Constructed the 40,000 square foot, 2 story multi-tenant
office building with basement level parking in nostalgic Carrboro.
The project includes structural steel and concrete with "Old
Durham" brick veneer to mock the old town character of
the historic downtown.

Constructed this 12,000
square-foot addition to an existing church. This steel-framed
addition has a masonry and stained glass window exterior with
a complex heavy timber exposed truss system. This facility includes
a 600-person sanctuary, a day chapel, and extensive site work.

Constructed this 30,000
square foot addition that includes a classroom building, gymnasium
and auditorium/multipurpose area, and boiler room addition.
Worked in the existing building included renovation of existing
classrooms, kitchen and cafeteria while the building was occupied.

Constructed this 30,000 square foot
addition while the building was occupied including a new gymnasium,
classrooms, and music and science rooms. Other work included
demolition of site utilities, old classrooms and gym and extensive
renovation of existing classrooms.

Constructed the 29,000
square foot recreational facility/community center located in
Fred G. Bond Park. This facility features classrooms, meeting
rooms, a covered walk and patio, and a single multipurpose gymnasium
with two basketball courts with complex masonry and exposed
glue-laminated heavy timber trusses.

an intricate precast concrete panel and storefront exterior.

presented the unique challenge of a tight site.

 Office
building with structural steel and concrete slab-on deck structure,
wood framing with brick veneer. High end finishes included slate
roof w/ copper gutter system, bronze/iron
ornamental railing, 12'-0" ceilings, extensive cherry millwork
including custom cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, polished
brass elevator with cherry paneling, 9 piece cornice, custom
solid 6 panel cherry doors/frames, brazilian walnut flooring
with inlay border, fiber optic accent lighting w/ elaborate
dimming systems and ornate display hall.
