of 58 units in 13 buildings. The Project is part of the Hope
VI grant for the Raleigh Housing Authority. The townhomes are

The building is a concrete & steel structure with brick

as general contractor on this 12 unit, downtown infill project
that features a brick veneer, hardiplank, and hardi-shake exterior.
The condominiums were built according to buyer specifications
to include such amenities as hardwood flooring, ceramic tile,
